As an

Associate Editorial Director , you will report to the Creative Director of Editorial.

The Editorial team exists to provide fresh and inspired editorial solutions for a variety of product formats, including greeting cards, calendars, gifts, day brighteners, planners, and an occasional publishing project.


WHAT YOUR ROLE ENTAILS AND HOW YOU'LL CONTRIBUTE

As an Associate Editorial Director, you will work in close relationship with the Product Management and Design partners to develop products.

Our message is at the core of what makes DaySpring unique in the marketplace. We strive to be the trusted Christian resource for all our consumers.
In this role, you will be responsible for the messages on all products in each assigned program.

You will develop editorial strategies, which include line analysis and distilling trend and consumer research data related to relationships and inspirational communication preferences in collaboration with design partners as they develop creative strategies.


BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
The following is required to be considered for this role:

Bachelor's degree or 4 years of professional work experience
