Groundskeeper

West Coast Self-Storage Group is seeking a Groundskeeper for a Full-Time position in the Kent/Maple Valley, WA area. In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining the outdoor areas of our properties, ensuring they are clean, functional, and well-presented.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities Include:

• Maintaining property standards by performing various landscaping and maintenance tasks
• Repairing and maintaining outdoor areas including signage, gutters, roof, sidewalks, and parking lots
• Performing repairs and landscaping duties such as mowing, weeding, and pruning

Qualifications We Are Looking For:

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required
• Prior experience in groundskeeping or maintenance is a must
• Preferred experience with hand and power tools
• Ability to handle heavy lifting and work outdoors
• Strong self-management skills and ability to work independently
