Various Full-Time & Part-time Hourly Positions available, paying between $5.00-$8.00 plus tips with benefits. Compensation is based on Experience.Position based in Santa Fe, NM. Working from the pool area at Inn & Spa at Loretto

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude with colleagues and guests.
  • Welcome and attend to guests in the pool area.
  • Check IDs to ensure age requirements for alcohol consumption are met.
  • Take, ring up, and serve guest's food and drinks.
  • Transport beverages and food between the bar and the pool.
  • Ensure the pool area is clean and well-maintained.
  • Assist pool guests with their needs.
  • Address guest requests, questions, and complaints courteously to ensure satisfaction.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
  • Work schedule may vary based on requirements.
  • Communicate effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
  • Inspect and clean all areas, clear glasses, and empty trash cans.
  • Collaborate with the Supervisor and offer support when necessary.

Requirements:
  • Must have current New Mexico Food Handler and Alcohol Server Certification.
  • Ability to stand for long hours.
  • Capable of lifting/pushing/reaching/carrying items weighing 30+ pounds regularly.
  • Strong verbal communication and multitasking skills.
  • Previous experience of 6 months to 1 year preferred, especially in high-volume or fine dining settings.
