Role Overview
As a dedicated Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for effectively planning, organizing, and overseeing construction projects to ensure timely completion within specified budgets while upholding high-quality standards. Your role will focus on managing various specialty areas such as Grading, Paving, Underground, Concrete, and Structures, in addition to fostering a safe and profitable work environment.

• Support the achievement of construction goals and objectives by leveraging expertise in specialty areas
• Collaborate across disciplines to streamline construction processes, maintain safety standards, and safeguard company interests
• Manage workforce to meet evolving business needs, optimize performance, and drive innovation in management practices
• Promote company values, diversity, and community relations while ensuring efficient resource utilization

Qualifications and Skills

Key Relationships
Reports to: General Superintendent
Direct reports: Foremen, Assistant Superintendent, Project Engineer, and interns
External customers: Inspectors, regulatory agencies, union representatives, owners, developers, private customers, suppliers
Internal customers: Various business units and stakeholders

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• 5+ years of construction industry experience with a focus on leadership
• Knowledge of project management software, construction contracts, and industry practices
• Strong commitment to safety, integrity, and corporate standards
