ROLE OVERVIEW
Join us as the Director of Finance at Native Microbials, where you will play a pivotal role in shaping the financial strategies of our organization. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will oversee various financial aspects to drive key investment decisions, ensure financial compliance, and maximize value for our customers and shareholders.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Financial Planning and Analysis:
- Supervise financial operations across our international divisions.
- Lead comprehensive financial planning processes and scenario simulations.
- Track performance targets and conduct benchmarking efforts.
- Develop and manage financial models and reports to assess key metrics.

Investment and Fundraising:
- Support critical investment decisions and fundraising endeavors.
- Monitor funding requirements for business initiatives.
- Manage working capital, cash flow, and provide robust financial reporting.

Financial Reporting and Compliance:
- Ensure adherence to financial standards and compliance.
- Safeguard company assets and support capital provision initiatives.
- Assist in annual financial audits.

Project Analysis and Value Creation:
- Analyze projects to maximize value for customers and shareholders.
- Offer analytical support to various business groups.
- Perform additional duties as necessary.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis.
- Mastery of Excel and financial planning tools.
- Experience in communicating recommendations to executives.
- Background in project management.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Exposure to business operations.
- Experience in life sciences or manufacturing industries is advantageous.
