We're looking for a Commercial Service Manager to join our growing team at fr?ij?. This position provides service support on all fronts including, customer service, internal coordination, recruiting, and proactive process improvement practices.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide customer service support including internal coordination and recruiting
  • Proactive in searching for areas of process improvement
  • Communication both verbal and written with all levels including customers
  • Commercial service operations support
  • Work in progress review
  • Financial and budget control and review
  • Project management support
  • Liaison with office personnel in all aspects of service
  • Technician and office support development support
  • Ambassador of the fr?ij? culture
  • Staying up-to-date on training
Required qualifications:
  • High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required
  • Associate degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • 3 to 7 years relevant commercial experience required
  • 7 to 10 years of relevant commercial experience preferred
  • Microsoft office suite experience required
  • Service management system experience
  • Leadership management and recruiting experience preferred
  • Ability to carry and climb ladders
  • Lift up to 50 pounds
  • Skilled to efficiently perform on jobsites (i.e. deal with noise, site hazards, rooftops, etc.)
  • Carry a valid driver license and have dependable transportation required
  • Basic field knowledge as it relates to the equipment that is serviced
  • HVAC/R knowledge preferred
  • Proactive job planning, labor supervision and scheduling experience preferred
