Toddler Lead Teacher Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Meet all state preschool lead teacher requirements
  • Flexibility to work within business hours
  • Child Development Associate (CDA) or relevant college degree
  • Prior experience as a lead teacher
  • Classroom management skills
