Responsibilities:

  • Ensure smooth warehouse operations
  • Create schedules and supervise the team
  • Provide training to enhance performance
  • Maintain high work quality and exceptional customer service
  • Adhere to quality policies
  • Keep the warehouse clean and organized
  • Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization
  • Implement improvement plans

Requirements to succeed with us:

To excel in this role, you'll need:

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and scanner equipment
  • Flexibility to work varied schedules and overtime
  • U.S. citizenship

Having a Bachelor's degree in Logistics, bilingual skills, and experience in AS9100 or ISO environments is a plus. Knowledge of safety protocols and previous logistics experience are highly valued.

Physical requirements:

  • Ability to lift, stand, bend, push, pull, and more
  • Tolerance to warehouse conditions
