About the Job:
Are you ready to join the Associated Feed & Supply team in Hughson, CA as a Rail Operator/Unloader for their Feed Mill Operations? We are seeking experienced individuals to oversee all aspects of the rail operation at our facility.

• Operate, monitor, and maintain the rail operation, including locomotive operation, inventory management, cargo unloading, product routing, and equipment maintenance.
• Hold a valid California Driver's License with a clean driving record.
• Participate in a random drug testing program.
• Be physically fit, able to lift up to 75 lbs., communicate clearly in noisy environments, understand railroad terminology, and adapt to flexible work schedules.

Additional Responsibilities:
Take on other assigned duties and special projects as needed.

Qualifications:
Knowledge of safe work practices and the ability to work in confined spaces and at high elevations. Plus, ability to identify safety hazards, work independently, and build positive relationships with colleagues and customers.

• High school diploma or equivalent work experience required
• Previous experience in feed/agriculture preferred
• Basic computer skills needed
• Willingness to work varying shifts, weekends, holidays, overtime, and on-call
• Valid California driver's license and clean driving record
• Participation in random drug/alcohol testing program

Special Demands:
Physical and mental requirements include standing for long periods, lifting heavy weights, constant use of vision, and frequent exposure to loud noises. Must be at least 26 years old.

Working Conditions:
Work may take place indoors or outdoors in various conditions. Adherence to safety guidelines and company policies is essential.
