Position Available: Compliance Analyst


At Opportunity Bank of Montana, we are seeking a Compliance Analyst to join our exceptional team. This role may be based at various branches across Montana. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, a keen interest in analyzing data from diverse systems, and meticulous attention to detail.

  • Coordinate, review, and monitor different operational areas of the Bank to ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Analyze data, interpret results, and communicate findings clearly and concisely.
  • Stay updated on regulation changes and policy updates affecting bank operations.
  • Collaborate with internal auditors to enhance the Bank's controls and adherence to procedures.
  • Develop, review, and revise internal forms to comply with laws and regulations.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Education and Experience Requirements:
High School diploma and 2 years of relevant experience.

Education and Experience Preferences:
4-year college degree in accounting, business, economics, finance, management, or related field. Knowledge of bank lending regulations such as HMDA, CRA, TILA, RESPA, and more.
