Job Description:

As an Experienced Carpenter, your role involves constructing, installing, and repairing various structures and fixtures using wood and other materials. Your responsibilities will include:

• Measuring, cutting, and shaping wood and other materials
• Building frameworks for walls, floors, and doorframes
• Installing windows, doors, cabinets, and molding
• Inspecting and replacing damaged frameworks or structures
• Collaborating with other construction experts to meet project deadlines and budget requirements
• Ensuring all work adheres to safety regulations and building codes

Qualifications:

• Proven carpentry experience
• In-depth understanding of carpentry techniques and installation methods
• Proficiency in using both electrical and manual tools and measuring instruments
• Sound grasp of basic mathematical concepts
• Excellent physical health and endurance
• High school diploma

Compensation:

Compensation is competitive and dependent on your expertise level. Weekly payments will be made without any initial holding period. Please be aware that this position is for a 1099 independent contractor.

Requirements:

It's advisable to have your own set of tools. Having reliable transportation to and from the job site in Cullman, Alabama, is essential. Additionally, you should bring your lunch and beverages daily.
