Job Title: Respiratory Care Practitioner

Join us in providing essential respiratory care to patients under the direction of our Cardio-pulmonary Services Director. As a Respiratory Care Practitioner, you will be responsible for following aseptic techniques and infection control policies.

Responsibilities:

  • Performs basic respiratory procedures such as HHN, IS, CPT, MDI, IPPB, Flutter & EZPAP
  • Member of Code Team and MET team
  • Familiar with measuring devices like pulse oximeters, Wrights, blenders, and analyzers
  • Knowledgeable about CPAP/Bi-pap setup, maintenance, and administration
  • Actively participates in staff meetings, lectures, conferences, and seminars
  • Demonstrates respect for all patients, families, visitors, and colleagues
  • Displays a positive attitude to enhance customer service

Qualifications:

EDUCATION: Graduate of an accredited School of Respiratory Therapy with a Registered Respiratory Therapist or Certified Respiratory Therapist credential

EXPERIENCE: Must be registered, certified, or certification eligible

LICENSURE: BLS certification and a current RI license
