Cleaver Brooks Sales and Service is seeking a Senior HR Generalist to join their team in Dallas, TX. As the Senior HR Generalist, you will be responsible for various Human Resources functions at an operational company level, managing multiple locations. The role entails tasks such as employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, talent management, performance evaluations, terminations, reporting/analytics, benefits administration, leave management, EEO/AAP compliance, and more.

Job Location: Dallas, TX

Essential Functions:

  • Administer various HR functions such as recruitment, compensation studies, and benefits administration
  • Analyze HR data, track trends, and prepare reports
  • Provide guidance on employee relations matters to managers and supervisors
  • Manage responses to unemployment claims and ensure compliance with legal regulations
  • Assist in new hire orientation and benefits enrollment
  • Collaborate with payroll representatives for information accuracy
  • Lead special projects like developing training programs and wellness initiatives
  • Support co-workers and facilitate onboarding
  • Perform other assigned duties

Basic Requirements:

Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field

Required Experience:

  • 4-6 years in HR functions
  • 2-4 years partnering with department leaders for HR solutions
  • Proven ability to multitask in a results-oriented environment
  • 2-3 years using HR technologies

Preferred Experience:

  • 1-3 years working with IFS
  • 2-3 years with UKG
  • 2-3 years handling Multi-Site/Multi-State responsibilities
  • HR experience in Manufacturing, Construction, or Service industries
  • PHR certification

Travel Requirements:
Less than 25%

Physical Skill & Effort:

  • Limited manual dexterity required. Infrequent physical effort.

Working Conditions and Hazards:

  • Standard office conditions with occasional disagreeable features. Minimal exposure to hazardous conditions.
