The Opportunity
  • Seeking Board Eligible/Certified Emergency Medicine physicians
  • Experience is a plus
  • This is a nocturnist position
  • Knowledge of Cerner is required
  • Current AZ state license is a plus
  • Full-time, part time and per diem opportunities available

The Practice

Banner Desert Medical Center - Mesa, Arizona
  • A 669-bed non-profit, short-term, acute care hospital with an annual volume of 70k adult care and 30k pediatric care.
  • Level 1 trauma center.
  • 82 hours of daily Physician coverage, 60 hours of daily NP/PA coverage, and EM scribe coverage
  • Serves as one of the largest and most comprehensive Cardiac Care programs in Arizona
  • Serves as a tertiary referral center for the East Valley of metropolitan Phoenix.
  • State of the art technology, including 3D cancer technology and da Vinci surgical robots.
