Job Position: Warehouse Wrapper

Reporting To: Outbound Supervisor

FLSA Status: Non-Exempt

Classification: Full-time

Overview: Join our team as a Warehouse Wrapper where you'll play a key role in supporting outbound operations by operating wrapping machines, verifying pallet weights, and loading products onto delivery trucks.

Supervisory Responsibilities:
  • No supervisory duties assigned.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Adhering to instructions accurately, consistently, and safely.
  • Correctly recognizing and receiving product cases into inventory locations using a variety of warehouse tools.
  • Managing stock rotation, movement of cases within the warehouse, and truck loading/unloading.
  • Operating different warehouse equipment (Cherry Pickers, Forklifts, Clamp Pickers, Electric Floor jacks, etc.) ensuring regular maintenance.
  • Maintaining precise inventory control records for all product movements (receipts, shipments, transfers, returns, etc.)
  • Accurately picking, packing, palletizing, wrapping, and labeling special transfer orders.
  • Manually stacking product cases in specific sequences and locations on delivery trucks.
  • Unloading product cases from delivery trucks.
  • Reshuffling undelivered cases to their designated inventory spots.
  • Shifting and stacking cases for physical inventory purposes.
  • Aiding in physical inventories and cycle counts as directed.
  • Repackaging product bottles into custom packages for special promotions.
  • Performing cleaning and maintenance tasks as assigned.
  • Collaborating effectively with supervisors and colleagues.
  • Executing other assigned tasks.
Required Skills/Abilities:
  • Proficiency in organizing products and managing inventory slots using the RF scanner system.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment, working Sundays through Thursdays starting at 1:00 pm. Work hours may vary based on workload.
  • Punctuality and reliability are essential.

Education/Experience:
  • High School diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Preferably OSHA Certified.
Physical Requirements:
  • Able to lift and/or move items weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Frequent walking, standing, pushing, pulling, and lifting.
