Job Title: Pharmacist - Dispensing

Pay: $79.79 / HR | Bi-weekly

Job Type: Woonsocket, RI | Full Time - Hybrid- Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday in office.

Pharmacist - Dispensing Job Overview:

• · Leverage operating policies, procedures and process to ensure operational excellence (5 R?s). Optimize cost management in line with script counts. In coordination with the General Manager, serve as primary owner for Band III accounts, and facility owner for Band I and II accounts in assigned geography.
• · Drive organic growth and mitigate risk with existing customer relationships. Negotiate and finalize customer contracts in collaboration with appropriate regional leadership. Collaborate with Sales to drive deal closures and organic growth.
• · Collaborate with Account Management, Sales, Consultant Pharmacists and appropriate corporate functions to meet overall site goals and objectives. Evaluate the overall results of operations; regularly and systematically report the results to the GM and/or VPO. Ensure that all organization activities and operations are executed in compliance with state and/or federal regulations and laws governing financial and pharmacy operations

Pharmacist - Dispensing Qualifications:

• · Current license to practice pharmacy in good standing Proficient in the area of clinical interpretation: drug-drug, drug-disease, drug-food interactions and allergies
• · Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language Excellent interpersonal skills and well-developed verbal and written communication skills
• · Perform accurately and efficiently when dispensing prescription medications Ability to work flexible hours, which may include evening, weekends, and holidays
• · Preferred Qualifications: (if above and beyond the minimum required) Knowledgeable about long term care regulations (OBRA, OSHA, state laws and other federal laws) that have an impact upon both pharmacy and Center operations preferred
