Salary: $12.60 per hour

Work Schedule: Full-time position from 11 am to 7:30 pm

We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as kitchen utility workers. In this role, you will be instrumental in upholding cleanliness and efficiency in our kitchen environment. Your primary focus will be on maintaining a clean, sanitized, and well-organized kitchen area to support the smooth operations of our clients in the hospitality sector. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

Key Duties:

  • Cleaning and Sanitization:
    • Washing dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, or pans using dishwashers or manual methods.
    • Ensuring all kitchen equipment and utensils are cleaned and sanitized according to health and safety guidelines.
    • Keeping kitchen surfaces, countertops, and floors spotless at all times.
  • Assisting in Kitchen Functions:
    • Disposing of trash and recyclables appropriately.
    • Managing inventory and maintaining stock rotation of supplies.
  • Compliance with Health Standards:
    • Following proper sanitation protocols and adhering to health and safety regulations.
    • Handling and storing cleaning products correctly.
    • Reporting any maintenance or repair requirements to the relevant personnel.
  • Teamwork and Communication:
    • Collaborating effectively with kitchen staff to ensure seamless operations.
    • Communicating clearly with team members and supervisors.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in a kitchen utility or similar role is advantageous but not mandatory.
