About the Job and the Company:
Joining The Center for Creative Leadership means becoming part of a hub of groundbreaking leadership experiences that have been setting standards for over five decades. Our Societal Advancement Insights and Impact (SavII) Team at CCL is at the forefront of innovative evaluation approaches in the nonprofit and population health sectors. This role offers a unique opportunity for individuals with a background in the social sciences or applied research who are passionate about evolving as evaluators.
You Are:
- Experienced in Qualitative Methods: Solid background in qualitative research or program evaluation within nonprofit or population health sectors, with expertise in equity, diversity, and inclusion.
- Equity-oriented: Aligned with our commitment to EDI, fostering diversity, mutual respect, and collaboration.
- Systems-thinking: Enhance data collection and management efficiency, collaborate across departments.
- Hands-on: Proficient in designing and delivering evaluation data reports, utilizing survey platforms and databases effectively.
- A Storyteller: Proficient in transforming data into compelling narratives through visual communication.
- Curious: Committed to staying updated on the latest evaluation research and software tools.
- Culturally competent: Skilled in collaborating with diverse individuals and institutions.
- Collaborative: Valuable thought-partner in research and evaluation across teams.
- Participant-Oriented: Value participant perspectives in the evaluation process.
- Stakeholder-Savvy: Skilled at understanding and incorporating views of diverse stakeholders.
You May Have:
- Proficiency in multiple languages.
- A Master's degree or higher in relevant fields, with strong knowledge of evaluation research.
- Experience in collaborating with evaluators and applying analysis techniques.
- Expertise in qualitative and quantitative analysis techniques and equitable evaluation.
You Will:
- Lead evaluations of programs focused on leadership development within nonprofit and population health sectors.
- Oversee evaluations ensuring robust data strategies.
- Innovate and collaborate in evaluation by adapting to changes, engaging stakeholders.
- Design evaluation activities connecting individual/group outcomes to systemic impacts.
- Incorporate multiple stakeholder perspectives for comprehensive evaluation.

Pay and Benefits
- Salary range for this role is $80,000, offer based on qualifications and experience.
- Work location: Remote - USA only.
