Volt has teamed up with a top automotive manufacturer in Fountain Valley to find a Junior Analyst.

Job Title: Junior Analyst

Company: Leading automotive manufacturer in Fountain Valley

As a Junior Analyst, you will:

• Administer vehicle invoices, certificates of origin, and process motor vehicle paperwork.
• Track all vehicles used for company purposes and company lease vehicles for affiliate companies in the region.
• Process and track bills or invoices related to company car operations.
• Responsible for forming regional reports using CARS for Windows, SAP, etc., as required by management.
• Accurately track the disposition of all company cars including those sold at auction.
• Assist the Regional Distribution Senior Manager with allocation and logistical activities for department efficiency.
• Monitor and analyze district sales manager's wholesale and allocation performance through CARS query.
• Fulfill and track all dealer services loaner transactions with 100% accuracy.
• Perform various tasks including training assistance and backup support for associate analysts handling Autoshow vehicles, wholesale returns, transportation damage issues, fleet orders, vehicle assignments, and file maintenance.

Requirements:

• 1 year of analytical, data management, or administrative experience.
• Intermediate or advanced MS Excel, Access, and PowerPoint skills.
• Basic SQL skills preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail.

Pay Rate: 29/hr+
