- Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm
- Required Travel: Travel to other Endeavor Health locations may be required
What you will do:
- Develop transformation project plans in partnership with leaders across the system, incorporating best practices
- Lead project team meetings to facilitate and influence change, share progress, discuss issues, document and track actions
- Set priorities, guide, and motivate project team members including ability to connect across levels within the organization
- Partner effectively with other Transformation Management Office (TMO) members and project stakeholders
- Develop and maintain project management methodologies, templates, and processes
- Support communication development efforts to ensure clear communications of transformation efforts
- Leverage best practices and knowledge transfer skills, perform analyses, synthesize information, and develop findings
- Act as a Change Agent enabling Change Management at Endeavor Health by communicating high-level goals, engaging stakeholders, identifying and responding to resistance, providing training, and instilling a continuous improvement mindset
- Maintain compliance with organizational policies, practices, and procedures
What you will need:
- Education: Clinical background and/or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Technology, or related field
- Certification: N/A
- Experience: 2+ years of relevant experience in Clinical Improvement, Project Management, Business Improvement, or related field
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Comfort with leading through ambiguity
- Strong process skills, attention to detail
- Ability to influence without direct authority
- Collaboration and conflict resolution skills
- Strong domain knowledge and interpersonal skills
