As a Restaurant Host at Omni Interlocken Resort & Spa, you will work closely with the F&B Manager to ensure guests are warmly greeted and seated, contributing to high guest satisfaction levels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming phone calls and seat guests efficiently.
  • Assist with controlling restaurant traffic and fulfilling orders.
  • Maintain restaurant cleanliness and assist with various tasks.
  • Provide warm hospitality and anticipate guest needs.
  • Stay informed about menu offerings and daily specials.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Preference for Open Table experience.
  • Excellent communication skills and customer service etiquette.
  • Professional demeanor and ability to engage with guests.
  • Capability to handle stress while remaining calm and welcoming.
  • Aptitude for teamwork and organization in a fast-paced setting.
