Are you a passionate dance instructor who loves working with children? Ensemble Schools is looking for an experienced Pilates teacher to inspire and nurture the next generation of students at Vantage Pointe Dance Studios. Our growing studio in Wellington, FL focuses on providing quality instruction in a safe environment. We're seeking instructors who can deliver engaging, in-person lessons and contribute to the vibrant dance community. Our positive classrooms are staffed by amazing teachers who go beyond teaching dance technique to developing important life skills in students because Vantage Pointe Dance Studios is about More Than Just Great Dancing

- Ability to instruct dance genres not a requirement but a plus.

- Exhibit traits of dependability, professionalism, enthusiasm, punctuality, and friendliness.
- Post-secondary dance training experience such as a certificate or degree in Pilates, dance performance, education, or related fields (not mandatory but a plus).
- Instructor pay ranges from $25 to $35 per hour, commensurate with experience.
- 401(K) program with employer matching available after 90 days.
- Health/Vision/Dental offerings for teachers averaging 30 hours or more per week.
