Behavioral Health Clinician

Job Summary:
- Coordinate and oversee the plan of care and service delivery for behavioral health consumers - Promote effective utilization and monitoring of healthcare resources - Work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team to achieve optimal clinical outcomes
Details of the position:
- Provide individual, family, and group therapy
- Assess, develop, implement, and monitor a comprehensive care plan
- Evaluate and provide interventions to enhance patient's functioning
- Offer urgent/crisis evaluations and safety planning
- Identify key problems, strengths, and resources for treatment plan
- May provide case management and coordination with other support services
What you bring:
- Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field
- Certified Addiction Counselor III eligible for certification or Qualified Mental Health Professional
- Basic Life Support certification required
