The Role:

We are on the hunt for a full-time Clinical Therapist to join our team. As part of the Full-Service Partnership (FSP) Program in Palmdale, you will be delivering intensive in-home and community-based services to high-risk youth and their families.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct intakes, offer individual, group, and family therapy services across various settings.
  • Provide mental health services primarily in homes, schools, and community locations.
  • Engage caregivers and family members in transformative treatment by addressing barriers to engagement.
  • Respond to emergencies as needed, even outside regular work hours.
  • Collaborate with external agencies to support the Full-Service Partnership program.
  • Maintain accurate clinical records and complete essential program documentation.
  • Full-time position with flexible hours to accommodate client needs.
  • Initial onsite requirement for four months with hybrid work options later on.
Starting Salary and Benefits:
  • A.M.F.T., A.C.S.W., and A.P.C.C. starting at $73,000, with additional considerations for experience.
  • Opportunity for salary increase based on qualifications and experience.
  • Bilingual Spanish-English proficiency bonus available.

Requirements:
  • Preference for bilingual candidates.
  • Experience in working with children, adolescents, and families.
  • Demonstrated assessment and clinical judgment capabilities.
  • Knowledge of evidence-based interventions for community mental health settings.
  • Eligibility for registration with appropriate psychology or counseling boards.
  • Valid California Driver's License with a clean record.
