Are you an experienced **Store/Unit/Branch Manager** looking for a change in career or sector, are you sales, customer and operationally focused. Do you enjoy leading a team from the front and have a thirst for learning, then look no further. Due to an internal move we are looking for a **Branch Manager** to take the reigns of our **Kelso** branch. As our **Branch Manager** you will take the reigns of our **Kelson** branch on **Spylaw Road**, which is a small size operation based in our North & Scotland region, the branch already has a fantastic well-established team of 6 and 1 delivery vehicle, this could be a great branch for someone to join our business out of sector. With a footfall of 60-80 Trade customers, the branch has a great atmosphere, vibrant and friendly, so you will be in great hands. Big

**Hours** - Monday - Friday 7.30am - 5pm and every other Saturday 8.00am pm

A competitive salary, plus a car allowance plus a half yearly bonus.

The **Branch Manager** role at Travis Perkins is one of the most challenging yet rewarding positions in our business in which you will play a vital role in our continued success. Youll support the delivery of our Doing What Matters strategy at a local level through amazing operational effectiveness, leading your team from the front, making sure we are working better for customers and providing a first class service, controlling costs, and keeping colleagues and customers safe within the branch at all times.

Safety is at the forefront of everything we do, your aim will be to ensure that all our colleagues and customers leave the Branch safely, by adhering to all stay safe policies and procedures.

Being able to commercially manage all aspects of a Branch and business.

Previous experience within a builders merchant is advantageous, but not essential. It doesn't matter what sector you come from, we just need transferable skills - inspirational leadership, operational management, sales experience, great customer service and commercial acumen.
