Position:
Lead BHP (Behavioral Health Professional)

What Does a Lead BHP (Behavioral Health Professional) do?
The Becket House at Lewiston is an 8-bed mental health residential treatment program that serves teenage girls.

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to serve as a Lead BHP (Behavioral Health Professional), which includes, but not limited to:

  • Serves as the Lead BHP (Behavioral Health Professional) on each shift.
  • Provides supervision and feedback to employees.
  • Serves as the lead BHP when addressing challenging client behaviors.
  • Participates in the development and implementation of skill development, treatment plan goals, ISP objectives, and all other aspects of residential programming.
  • Participates in the orientation and training of all new employees.
  • Evaluates staff's performance and provides ongoing supervision to all staff.
  • Participates in the Emergency On-Call system as needed.
  • Ensures all Human Rights activities and initiatives are implemented.

What We Pay:

$ $26.00 hourly (Overtime Available)

Typical Schedule:

Wednesday-Saturday, 2nd Shift

Hiring Requirements:

  • At least 2 years related experience (mental health field)
  • Supervisory experience preferred.
  • Valid driver's license required.
  • Authorized to work in the United States (required)
  • Satisfactory completion of background screening and applicable preemployment checks.
