Job Description:


The Levy Processor II performs the general clerical duties including typing letters, opening mail and entering data into Levenger and FileNet coversheet Express.

The Levy Processor II leads and exemplifies the TD Bank WOW Culture. The job processes all types of levies that the department receives. Also, this job interprets all documents related to a levy and processes them accordingly.

Depth & Scope:

  • Interprets and processes all types of releases on all types of Levies, Attachments and Executions
  • Follows all guidelines to properly restrain funds as per the Levy, Attachment or Execution
  • Prepares all relevant documents related to processing a Levy, Attachment or Execution
  • Ensures all Levies, Attachments and Executions are processed per regulatory requirements to avoid fines assessed to the Company
  • Assists in training team members
  • Performs more complex clerical duties related to the Levy Operation
  • Enters Levy information and data into all relevant systems
  • Other duties, as assigned

Education & Experience:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 1+ Year of related experience
  • Excellent data entry and typing skills required
  • Proficient in Word, Excel and Access
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills including strong writing abilities
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple projects
