We invite you to join our team Our Spokane office is seeking a Senior Geotechnical Engineer with primary experience in the Commercial/Retail Development, Energy, Industrial, Municipal, and Water/Wastewater Market Sectors.

We hold our Senior Geotechnical Engineers in high regard. They provide the design and technical oversight to advance the successful completion of our projects, provide client-centered services, develop new client relationships, provide technical leadership and mentor department staff and project-level engineers, and ensure the project and departmental financial success.

Professional Qualification Requirements:

• Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Civil Engineering (ideally with Geotechnical Engineering emphasis).
• Master of Science (M.S.) in Civil Engineering with Geotechnical Engineering emphasis.
• Designation as a Professional Engineer (P.E.). (Preferably in Washington State or the ability to obtain a Washington P.E. within three (3) months of employment).
• 10+ years of related experience such as pavement design, foundation engineering, laboratory testing, and subsurface explorations.
• Effective professional-level verbal and written communication.
• Ability to work in a team atmosphere and independently.
• Technical writing and organizational skills, leadership abilities, and a keen eye for attention to detail.
• Current, valid driver's license is required.
• All employees are subject to completing reference checks and drug/alcohol testing.

The starting base salary range for this position is based on experience: $90,000.00 to $100,000.00 with a $5,000.00 sign-on bonus.
