  • Build and manage a guest-first culture within your team
  • Understand retail business fundamentals and implement strategies to drive sales
  • Lead a team to achieve sales goals and manage operations efficiently
  • Recruit, select, and manage team members effectively


**Responsibilities include:**

  • Drive total store sales and profitability
  • Manage inbound and outbound processes, inventory accuracy, and more
  • Create a guest-focused culture and prioritize guest experience
  • Develop strategies and workload plans to ensure store readiness
  • Oversee team leaders and drive operational changes
  • Mentor and coach team members to enhance skills and performance
  • Ensure compliance with safety and ethical standards
  • Anticipate and address store needs and business challenges
