How You Can Create a Significant Impact:

The OnTrackNY program, situated within the Community Behavioral Health Division at our Crossroads Clinic, focuses on adolescents and young adults who have encountered early psychosis. The program employs a multidisciplinary team approach, utilizing evidence-based interventions and recovery-oriented models to assist participants in achieving their goals and minimizing disability. The program offers emotional and practical therapy and support to aid participants and their families in their recovery journeys.


The Peer Specialist role involves delivering supportive psychiatric rehabilitation services to program participants to aid in their full integration into the community. The program's objective is to help each individual reach their desired life goals related to housing, employment, education, or enhancing their socialization skills.
