We are seeking an experienced leasing consultant to help at a busy community in Gaithersburg, MD. Our client is looking for someone who enjoys working with a team and has a knack for warm and inviting customer service and loves to lease

***Saturday Availability Preferred - Leasing consultants thrive on the weekends***

Qualifications:

  • Take special care and pride in helping new and existing residents
  • Multi-family leasing experience; calling from the queue, scheduling tours, completing guest cards, showing apartments & beyond
  • **Fair Housing expertise** - "What you do for one, you must do for all" - The seven federally protected classes are race, religion, national origin, color, familial status, sex, and disability. These classes or characteristics are protected under the federal Fair Housing Act.
  • Outgoing and friendly personality; must be a "people person"
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to understand and follow instructions assigned by supervisor
