ABOUT PATH
Since its foundation in 4, PATH (People Assisting The Homeless) has pioneered bold and effective approaches to assist people experiencing homelessness. PATH operates services throughout California, connecting our clients to a comprehensive continuum of homelessness prevention, street outreach, employment preparation and placement assistance, individualized case management, supportive services, interim housing, and permanent supportive housing.

ABOUT THE JOB
As part of the Employment team, the ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR will be responsible for leading, directing, and supervising program managers, team supervisors, and direct service staff.
Position Responsibilities include:
Under the guidance of the department director, oversee all aspects of program operations. Provide direct supervision to program managers and team supervisors who oversee the teams Ensure adherence to funding source contracts and performance standards; prepare written reports on program activities as assigned and as required by funding sources Provide leadership that reflects organizations' mission, vision, and values to internal and external stakeholders Ensure appropriate data collection and reporting as required by funders, government entities, and agency senior management Prepare progress and performance reports for internal and external communication. We're looking for candidates with:
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Six (6) years of experience in healthcare, case management, homeless services or working with vulnerable populations Two (2) years of supervisory experience in homeless services or related social services field strongly preferred.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Four (4) years of experience in healthcare, case management, homeless services or working with vulnerable populations. One (1) year of supervisory experience in homeless services or related social services field. MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS

FLEXIBLE WORK
We are a California employer. Therefore, all regular and customary work must be performed within the state. Approval for work outside of the office, does not establish approval for work to be conducted outside of California.
