IT Recruiter - Junior Associates

Job Type:

We are in search of an IT recruiter/Junior associate for our company, based at our onsite Buckhead HQ location. Ideal candidates are recent college graduates who are dynamic, with around 2-3 years of professional experience.

Responsibilities:
- Participate in the entire recruitment cycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Proficient in utilizing Job Boards such as Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, Google, Free Job Sites, etc., to identify Candidates.
- Upload resumes to the ATS, conduct phone screenings, and collaborate with Account managers.

Qualifications
Skills:
- Proficient in Computer Applications like MS Suite, GSuite, etc.
- Excellent English Communication Skills
- Outstanding interpersonal skills in both verbal and written communication, proficient in phone and face-to-face presentations
- Eagerness to adapt to new technologies and processes
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, capable of working autonomously and in a team environment.
- Hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a relevant field.
