Summary

Under the direction of the account or area manager, the supervisor is responsible for the daily cleaning of one or more buildings, including direct supervision and training of cleaning associates.

Core Responsibilities
Monitor facility security/safety by ensuring doors are locked after operating hoursMeasure, label, and use chemicals following proper procedures and adhering to safety protocolVacuum, sweep, mop floorsEmpty TrashHigh and low dustingClean and service restrooms, breakrooms, and conference and kitchen areasReport maintenance issues of the facility and/or equipment to the Account ManagerTrain assigned personnel on cleaning methods, procedures, and equipmentProvide work direction to personnel under the guidance of, and directed by, the managerPerform routine inspections of work performed by cleaning personnelServe as backup for absent personnel
