Job Description:


This role entails overseeing the management and advancement of Institutional Retirement products on a daily basis. Key duties involve crafting and executing the product's strategic plan, delivering innovative solutions to meet client needs, and pinpointing areas for improvement to create actionable strategies. This position requires expertise in product management and development, the ability to lead intricate projects across teams, and communicate complex information clearly and concisely.


Responsibilities:

  • Devise and implement strategies that align with client and market requirements to achieve business objectives.
  • Develop, condense, and communicate high-level business strategies.
  • Offer ongoing updates on critical business initiatives to maintain transparency.
  • Collaborate with various teams such as technology, legal, risk, and design to drive product development.
  • Work with the Chief Investment Office and Financial Planning teams to introduce new capabilities in the retirement program.
  • Address planning and advisory needs of participants and sponsors throughout the client lifecycle.
  • Identify, assess, and address risks within the business.
  • Stay informed about the competitive landscape to pinpoint opportunities and target markets.
  • Coordinate with key stakeholders to devise go-to-market strategies and product positioning.
  • Create business cases, compile data, and present recommendations to advance the product.
  • Identify chances to streamline processes, enhance efficiency, mitigate risks, and cut costs.

Skills:

  • Proficient in MS Office applications.
  • Strong analytical abilities to solve complex financial scenarios.
  • Capability to navigate and lead through complexity by problem-solving effectively.
  • Business Acumen.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong presentation and product management skills.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in financial services.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience in spearheading major initiatives.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for building crucial relationships across stakeholders and clients.
  • Ability to collaborate with diverse teams and interact with various skill sets.
