Summary: Unlike Classic Concierge positions at regular hotels, where the role is about unlocking doors to off-site activities in a town, at Twin Farms the focus is on planning the guest's stay in the property. This is due to the all-inclusive nature of Twin Farms where meals, activities, and entertainment are provided on-site. The Twin Farms Concierge is responsible for coordinating the guest's experiences from the moment they arrive to their departure, making reservations, and organizing special events or spa treatments to ensure a seamless and enjoyable stay.

Essential Functions:
  • Connect with all guests after they book
  • Ensure guests receive Concierge Form before arrival
  • Discuss travel options for guests arriving by plane
  • Coordinate transportation for guests
  • Collect guest Dietary Preferences and inform Culinary Team
  • Schedule Activities for guests
  • Plan Picnic Lunches
  • Organize Special Occasions
  • Make Dinner Reservations
  • Handle Housekeeping requests
  • Source In-Room requests for guests
  • Manage Third-Party requests
  • Arrange off-property experiences
  • Confirm all details of guests' stay prior to arrival
  • Ensure all Departments are aware of guest requests
  • Offer alternatives when requests cannot be met
  • Report incidents that do not meet guest expectations to management
