Set the standard for event planning team in the areas of customer service, ensuring delivery of Purdue Conferences value proposition through value to customer and quality experience.

Create and maintain partnerships with key stakeholders and vendors on campus and in the community.

This is a hybrid position where you will work on campus in West Lafayette and the opportunity to work some remotely.


What We're Looking For:

What We're Looking For:
Minimum of four (4) - Five (5) years of prior relevant work experience

Skills Needed:
Excellent project management skills are essential
Attention to detail, multi-tasking and ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously
Work with diverse clients to design their vision and produce exceptional conferences which meet those expectations
Effective oral and written communication and computer skills are required

Ability to:
work within a team environment and collaborate
create, manage, and close project budgets

Evening, weekend, and travel are required for this position

Preferred:
Knowledge of the University organization, policies, procedures, and regulations

Additional Information:
Purdue University will not sponsor employment authorization for this position
A background check will be required for employment in this position
