Additionally, you will set the shop's job priorities, manage customer and vendor expectations and deadlines, and review job metrics for accuracy, performance, and billing purposes.

Work hours- Monday through Friday, 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM

Create Equipment Cost Estimates:
  • Review mechanic notes and estimates.

  • Complete job close-out checklists and billing activities.
Create Equipment BOMs in ERP System:
  • Ensure improved accuracy and repeatability.
Set Shop Job Priority:
  • Coordinate with the Sales and Applications team to determine weekly job priorities.
  • Manage the overall flow of work into and out of the shop.
  • Maintain relationships with 3rd party suppliers, ensuring adherence to delivery dates and cost estimates.
Assist with Mechanical Repair Troubleshooting:
  • Provide support to the team on an as-needed basis.
Maintain Production Log:
  • Document new entries and update current entries as jobs progress through the shop.
Expedite Existing Orders:
  • Follow up with vendor orders to ensure timely delivery.
  • Take necessary steps to improve delivery when needed
Statistical Tracking:
  • Track various performance metrics of the shop.
  • Monitor components of the repair process with a focus on continuous improvement.
