The Support organization in OCI is building new services that operate at high scale in a broadly distributed multi-tenant cloud environment.

We are addressing complex, large scale and connected event platforms that manifests as the following services – Oracle Support Center and Oracle Support Digital Assistant.

These services are cornerstones of the Customer experiences offered by OCI and offer a wide variety of technical problems to be solved and customer focused innovations to be created.

In the OCI Support Tooling team, we are dedicated to developing a scalable platform to meet the expanding needs of Oracle Cloud.

Our goal is to optimize support costs while delivering a top-tier support experience to our customers.
