Responsibilities of a Warehouse Clerk:

The Parts Warehouse Clerk covers tasks related to assisting both internal and external customers with processing parts requests. The primary objectives include ensuring swift and accurate shipping and receiving of packages within the facility.

Duties and Responsibilities include:

  • Checking and receiving incoming orders
  • Ensuring proper placement of stock-ordered parts
  • Assisting in preparing parts orders for delivery
  • Correctly tagging and labeling shipments
  • General maintenance tasks
  • Shipping parts following carrier guidelines
  • Handling damaged/warranty parts and cores
  • Conducting inventories and bin checks
  • Contributing to the annual physical inventory
  • Performing other necessary duties
