Sales Enablement Senior Manager

The Sales Enablement Senior Manager will play a critical role in equipping our sales organization with the knowledge and skills to achieve targets and drive revenue growth. You will lead, and partner, in developing a comprehensive Sales Enablement Strategy, and associated programs. Success is measured by the overall business impact of the programs delivered. You will work closely with cross-functional teams such as marketing, customer success, and product marketing to ensure alignment and efficiency of ongoing trainings. The ideal candidate possesses extensive experience in Sales Enablement, demonstrating a proven track record of creating and implementing successful enablement strategies, and has a deep passion for the sales process with experience in Challenger selling methodology.
What You'll Do
- Strategy Development:
- Build global Sales Enablement strategy supporting 3 selling profiles, includes onboarding, product, skills, process and tools training aligned with business objectives.
- Collaborate with sales leadership to identify knowledge gaps in the sales process, and devise strategies to address effectiveness of teams and individuals.
- Conduct ongoing analysis of sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback to continuously refine and optimize sales enablement initiatives.
- Define and measure training and enablement outcomes correlating them to strategic objectives.
- Content Development and Management:
- Partner with Sales Leadership to ensure product enablement is properly customized to meet team's needs
- Work closely with Product Management to align messaging, product launches, and sales collateral with the needs of sales organization
- Work closely with subject matter experts to develop training materials, presentations, and resources that effectively communicate product knowledge, sales techniques, and best practices.
- Lead the organization and management of sales content to include sales collateral, presentations, case studies, product sheets, and sales scripts, and other relevant resources.
- Ensure that sales content is aligned with messaging, branding guidelines, and product positioning, and is easily accessible to the sales team.
- Training and Onboarding:
- Develop and deliver sales training programs, including onboarding training for new hires and ongoing training for existing sales team members.
- Create and curate practical exercise for hands-on learning during sessions to ensure comprehension
- 5+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, or related roles, preferably in Legal Tech / eDiscovery industry.
- Proven track record of scoping, building and executing integrated sales communications, enablement programs, and content
- Experience with Challenger selling, Chorus, Salesforce
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and drive them to completion on schedule.
- Outstanding creative skills for crafting engaging and compelling learning content
- Highly organized and excellent project management skills
- Proficiency in sales enablement technologies and tools, such as CRM systems, sales engagement platforms, and content management systems.
