Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement IT strategies and plans that align with the company's overall objectives.
• Lead and manage the IT team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of the company's IT infrastructure, ensuring reliability, security, and scalability.
• Manage IT budgets, including capital and operational expenditures, to ensure costeffective and efficient use of resources.
• Establish and enforce IT policies and procedures to ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with relevant regulations.
• Collaborate with other departments to identify technology needs and provide solutions that enhance business operations.
• Monitor and assess emerging technologies to determine their potential impact on the business and recommend adoption where appropriate.
• Ensure the availability and performance of critical IT systems and services through proactive monitoring and management.
• Lead efforts to enhance cybersecurity measures, protecting company data and systems from threats.
• Drive digital transformation initiatives to improve business processes and customer experiences.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
• At least 10 years of progressive experience in IT, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, systems administration, and cybersecurity best practices.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing IT strategies that align with business goals.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
• Exceptional problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities.
• Strong project management skills with experience leading largescale IT projects.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
• Relevant certifications such as PMP, CISSP, ITIL, or equivalent are highly desirable.
• Experience with Certinia (FinancialForce)
• Experience with Salesforce development
• Should be well versed in compliance.
