Responsibilities:
- Support existing products and develop new powder coatings for various industrial segments
- Understand raw materials and have detailed knowledge of polymer and crosslinking chemistries
- Guide new products from the lab to production
- Work with the manager to set project goals and timelines
- Plan, conduct, and analyze experimental work independently
- Interpret complex customer specifications
- Organize work efficiently in the laboratory

Qualifications:
- BA/BS in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Engineering, or similar
- 5+ years of Lab experience supporting powder or liquid coatings
- Strong problem-solving, testing, and formulation skills
- Strong communication skills
- Leadership abilities within a team
- Willingness to suggest new practices
- Occasional travel may be required
