Located less than two hours away from major cities and just 20 minutes from vibrant downtown Lancaster, our semi-rural, small-town practice offers a unique opportunity to make a difference with a diverse patient population.


Position Highlights:

  • Collaborate with 3 family physicians, a pediatrician, and 4 APPs in this FM/Pediatrics practice
  • Exceptional patient experience scores consistently ranking in the top 10
  • Enjoy a favorable call schedule of 1:8; work only a half day on Saturdays every 8 weeks
  • Interact with a broad range of patients with the support of a highly engaged staff
  • Utilize Epic across all WellSpan locations for streamlined operations

Qualifications

Minimum Education:

  • Doctor of Medicine (MD) Required or
  • Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) Required

Licenses:

  • Licensed Medical Physician and Surgeon Upon Hire Required or
  • Licensed Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine Upon Hire Required and
  • Basic Life Support Upon Hire Required

Courses and Training:

  • Diplomate of the American Board of Family Medicine or the American Osteopathic Board of Family Medicine, or Board eligible. Upon Hire Required and
  • Completion of a Family Medicine residency. Upon Hire Required

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Strong administrative skills to support both clinical and operational functions
