Job DescriptionThis role is a mix of technical expertise and client relationship management. Understanding the private equity fund industry and its offerings is key, preferably gained through training or relevant work experience. Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills are vital for addressing accounting and financial matters at both detailed and high levels. Additionally, leadership and organizational competencies are essential for task prioritization and team feedback.
QualificationsRequirements include 3-4 years of accounting/securities operations background, along with 5-6 years of private equity fund accounting/administration experience, showcasing progressive responsibilities. A minimum of 3 years in client service or a similar role is also essential. We seek individuals with supervisory capabilities, teamwork aptitude, and a proactive approach with expertise in accounting, private equity markets, and proficiency in Investran and MS Suite applications (Excel/Access/Word) at an intermediate/advanced level.
