Job Summary:

You will be salon's first nils hire, all customers are routed to you as first option.

Pay is 16$/Hr or 50% commision, whichever is greater.

Duties:

• Perform nail services including manicures, pedicures, nail extensions, and nail art
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction
• Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment
• Educate clients on proper nail care techniques and products
• Upsell additional services or products to clients
• Stay updated on the latest nail trends and techniques

Requirements:

• Certification or license in Cosmetology or Nail Technology
• Proficiency in nail care techniques including manicures, pedicures, and nail art
• Knowledge of color theory for nail design
• Ability to sanitate tools and work area effectively
• Experience with eyelash extensions is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Previous experience in retail sales is beneficial
• Familiarity with hair styling, hair extensions, hair threading, and upselling techniques is advantageous
