We are currently seeking a Stockroom Associate to join our team at the facility in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma.


As a Stockroom Associate at the leading manufacturer of automatic transfer switches and power control systems, your role will involve managing inventory of components and products. This includes tasks such as processing transfer orders, receiving materials from vendors, and organizing small-parcel shipments to customer locations and field service agents. The shipments you handle play a vital role in ensuring the safety and reliability of critical infrastructure such as hospitals, data centers, utilities, and mass transportation systems. By contributing to this process, you will be part of the solution to the increasing demand for dependable power systems worldwide.

Responsibilities:

- Receiving parts based on purchase orders and ensuring their accuracy.
- Utilizing SAP for proper storage of parts within the stockroom or transferring them to the production floor for ongoing projects.
- Retrieving parts from inventory based on bill of materials and delivering them to the production area.
- Collaborating with the Shipping and Receiving teams for tasks such as Cycle Counts and resolving accounting discrepancies.

Qualifications:

Basic Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent experience.
- Proficiency in SAP.
- Proficient in MS Word and Excel.
- Previous experience in stockroom operations.
- Familiarity with electrical components like circuit breakers and PLC.
- Ability to work with numerical data and perform basic arithmetic.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of electrical components such as circuit breakers and PLC.
