  • Job Title: Contract Approvals Coordinator

If you are enthusiastic about nurturing connections with our creators and licensors, and have a background in optimizing processes, we want you on board. As a Contract Approvals Coordinator, you will oversee the anime approval submission process for our Marketing team. You will be involved in planning SVOD and theatrical promotions and assisting the Brand Managers in establishing significant relationships with Japanese, Chinese, and Korean creators and licensors. Your responsibilities will include leading the approval process for our titles, ensuring they align with company objectives in various markets. We anticipate that our creators and licensors will endorse our marketing strategies and tactics through your support and guidance during the approval process.

Reporting to the Senior Manager of Brand Management, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of anime at Crunchyroll.

Qualifications
  • At least 2 years of operational experience in asset management and approvals within the licensing or entertainment sector.
  • Proficiency in project management.
  • Experience in communicating with partners from diverse cultural backgrounds, with a focus on Japanese business culture.
  • Track record of collaborating with partners worldwide for process enhancement.
  • Ability to generate reports and dashboards.
  • An avid interest in anime and Japanese pop culture.
  • Preferably fluent in Japanese.
  • Hold a Bachelor's degree in communications, business, or marketing.
