Now Hiring: Material Specialist
Working Hours: 5am to 3:30pm, Monday-Friday
Location:
Gilbert, Arizona
Background Check will be conducted
What We Offer:
- Four 10-hour shifts allowing for three-day weekends
- Comprehensive benefits package and 2 weeks of paid time off upon permanent hire (details available upon request)
- Work environment in an indoor, climate-controlled facility, a departure from typical outdoor construction sites
Responsibilities:
- Oversee inventory management
- Ensure material needs for production line and field operations are met
- Collaborate with fellow construction experts to identify and deliver required materials
- Receive and categorize incoming materials in the warehouse
- Organize materials in assigned locations
- Input material data into Netsuites system
- Conduct regular inventory checks for production stations and warehouse
- Prepare materials list for warehouse retrieval
- Supply necessary materials for production processes
- Clean and store equipment appropriately
Working Environment:
- Work in a controlled indoor setting, focusing on constructing modular residential homes
- Follow a schedule of four 10-hour shifts from 5am to 3:30pm with scheduled breaks
- Mandatory personal protective equipment includes hard hat, safety vest, safety glasses, and gloves
