The primary responsibilities of a Residential Installation Technician include assessing customer needs, designing suitable systems, installing equipment, and educating customers on system usage.

Key responsibilities:

  • Work closely with customers to determine the best system and equipment for their requirements.
  • Ensure proper functionality and signal reception by installing and testing all equipment.
  • Provide optimal solutions based on customer information and needs.
  • Offer recommendations for improving system usability and functionality.
  • Adhere to safety protocols to prevent injuries and property damage.
  • Prevent loss of materials, tools, and equipment.
  • Clean the work site thoroughly post-installation.
  • Perform any other tasks required to support the company's vision, mission, and values.
